Book Policy

Check In/Check Out: Check Inn is 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Modified times will be happily arranged upon request.

Regular - Season Standard cancellation policy:

If you find that you have to cancel please let us know at least 48 Hrs in advance so that we can re-book your room, your confirming credit card will not be charged. If you are unable to provide 48 Hrs notice but we are able to re-book your room, you will not be charged. If we cannot re-book your room with less than 48 Hrs notice the full room cost will be charged to the card that was used to confirm your booking however if you can re-book there will be no charges, the same rule applies to subsequent booking.

Group cancellation policy:

If during the On-Season your group must cancel we ask for 7 days notice. If we are able to rent your confirmed rooms there will only be a $25.00 (depending on event - ask for details when booking) administrative fee debited to your confirming credit card. If we are unable to book all of your confirmed rooms, your card will be debited for those confirmed rooms not rented plus a $25.00 administrative fee (depending on event). If you are able to provide more than 7 days notice there will be no charge. If you re-book a cancelled event we will waive the administrative fees and the un-rented room charges. If you have to cancel the second booking the same fees apply.

Limited-Season (1 Dec-31 March) Cancellation

Standard cancellation policy: If you find that you have to cancel please let us know at least 48 Hrs in advance so that we can re-book your room. If you are unable to provide 48 Hrs notice but we are able to re-book your room that night, you will not be charged. If we cannot re-book your room with less than 48 Hrs notice 50% of the full room will be charged to the card that was used to confirm your booking.

Group cancellation policy: If during the Low-Season your group must cancel we ask for 4 days notice. If we are able to rent your confirmed rooms there will only be a $25.00 (depending on event ask for details when booking) administrative fee debited to your confirming credit card. If we are unable to book all of your confirmed rooms, your card will be debited 50% of the quoted room rate for those confirmed rooms not rented plus a $25.00 administrative fee (depending on event). If you are able to provide more than 4 days notice only the $25.00 administration fee (depending on event) will be charged to your confirming credit card. If you re-book a cancelled event we will waive the administrative fees and the un-rented room charges. If you have to cancel the second booking the same fees apply. Seasonal Information: The Claddagh Inn season begins on the first day in April and will continue to the 11th of November. The Inn can be booked for private occasions and corporate events during the off-season, contact Patrick or Carol.
